International Student Leadership Cohort:

• The Cambridge Network Student Leadership Cohort seeks to bring students together to explore, evolve, and execute their leadership skills.
• The cohort will provide students with the tools to develop into effective leaders in their present, future, and professional lives.
• The cohort will meet twice a month virtually to assess personal leadership style and learn how to work collaboratively and effectively with others.

Lessons will include topics such as personality, teamwork, conflict resolution, self-awareness, embracing diversity, and public speaking. Students will also hear from inspirational speakers who have used these leadership skills to achieve and exceed their professional and personal goals. Students will graduate the International Student Leadership Cohort feeling motivated, confident, and prepared for their future leadership opportunities.

Class Style:

• Classes are fully virtual. Students can join from anywhere!
• Class content will be available to all cohort members.
• Cohorts will range in size but will not exceed 25 students.
• Students are expected to have their cameras on and be ready to participate!
