The Cambridge Network changed its Chinese name and released a brand new logo and a visual identity manual.

The Cambridge Network (herein after referred to as “Cambridge”), a leading expert on one-stop, turnkey services for studying in American high schools, is one of a handful of industrial leaders in China that partner with nearly all American high schools and boast rich resources and strong expertise. The business is comprised of three pillars: international student enrollment, homestay management and academic support. Today, in response to the overall strategic development planning of Cambridge and its ever-expanding business scope, the company formally adopts a new logo to present itself to the public with a unified corporate image.

Christine Lin, President and CEO of the Cambridge Network, explained, “The new logo, while retaining the phoenix emblem, adds the elements of a shield and ribbon, abstracting them into a modern symbol to convey the corporate spirits of harmony, positive energy, strength and metamorphosis. In the East a phoenix is believed to be the king of all birds. In Classic of Mountains and Seas it resembles a rooster, but is more colorful and resplendent, named “Fenghuang”.’ As an important emblem that rivals the dragon, phoenix epitomizes harmony and immortality. In the West, a phoenix embodies renewal and the sun. We retain the phoenix emblem because, on one hand, our brand is managed by female executives; and on the other hand, the rebirth of the phoenix symbolizes renewal and metamorphosis, which resonates with our business and philosophy. When client families decide to send their children abroad, it means the children will undergo a metamorphosis and a reversal of fortune, to become a new person and live a better life.”

The new shield element highlights the international background of the brand.
