Our Family Education Advisor (FEA) is the first line of multi-lingual customer support for Cambridge Network’s natural parents. FEAs are a resource to the natural parents in understanding their student’s journey to the west as an international student. The FEA communicates and addresses the needs of natural parents, especially questions relating to the academic and cultural experiences of the student. Recently, our FEA team held a summit to discuss new ways to empower parents and their students to take full advantage of their study abroad experiences. We are happy to share that our parent satisfaction rating is up 70% since 2018!
